We are a Growing Medicare Home Health Agency who is looking for a dynamic experienced Home Healthcare Administrator for our Estero Branch that serves patients and referral sources in Lee/Collier/Glades/Hendry and Desoto Counties.

As our Administrator you lead your team to success and ensure quality and safe delivery of home health care services.Candidates for this role must have a minimum of two years of Medicare Home Health experience and be able to address all of the below requirements and responsibilities.

Required Skills:  
-A licensed physician, registered nurse, or has had training and experience in health services administration and at least two (2) years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health program.

-Demonstrated experience in or application of organizational/communication skills.
-Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.
-Ability to enlist the cooperation of many people in furthering a program.

1. Organizes and directs the Agency''s ongoing functions.
2. Maintains ongoing liaison among the Governing Body, any specially appointed committees, and staff.
3. Employs qualified personnel and ensures adequate staff education and evaluations.
4. Plans and directs operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services.
5. Ensures the accuracy of public information materials and activities.
6. Implements an effective budgeting and accounting system; assures accuracy for billing procedures.
7. Shares and supports company philosophy with all employees.
8. Consistently follows Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees.
9. Reviews Agency manuals once per year for completeness.
10. Assesses employees on an ongoing basis to ascertain their understanding of policies and procedures.
11. Uniformly enforces policies and procedures; assists employees to support policies and achieve necessary changes.
12. Maintains open communication with employees and fair administration of personnel policies.
13. Documents employee problems in personnel files.
14. Disciplines employees as necessary.
15. Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of the Agency.
16. Uses statistical data to determine quality and quantity of services.
17. Responsible for reporting Agency QAPI results to the Governing Body.
18. Maintains compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, rules, and accreditation standards.
19. Implements and evaluates effectiveness of budget plan and cost control policies and procedures; monitors budget and implements steps to meet target.
20. Develops and implements salary program within approved policies and procedures.
21. Participates in personal professional growth and development.
22. Fiscal planning, budgeting and management; supervises all business affairs.
23. Recruits employees and retains qualified personnel to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
24. Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication.
25. Evaluates services and programs; ensures Agency personnel have current clinical information, current practices, equipment and/or tools.
26. Ensures staff development including orientation, in-service education, and continuing education.
27. Coordinates with other departments, Trilogy agencies, and management as appropriate.
28. Maintains current knowledge of local trends and issue, maintains liaison with relevant community services and programs.
29. Directs staff in performance of their duties and ensures appropriate staff supervision during all operating hours.
30. Assures that a clinical manager is available during all operating hours.
31. Appoints a similarly qualified alternate to be available at all times during operating hours in the absence of the Administrator.
32. Other job duties as assigned.
