Job Description:  

QA/QC Bluebeam Specialist

Summary:

Ensures all quality control tasks are carried out; documents the construction process and inspects each stage of construction; inspects construction materials, equipment and installations for conformance to construction drawings, project specifications, and approved vendor submittals.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Administers the quality plan such that the project remains in compliance with the contract requirements.
  • Identifies, documents, and reports on deficiencies in electrical installations, and works with the project team in recommending solutions for remediation of the deficient work.
  • Prepares, maintains, and submits inspection reports in a professional and organized manner in a format predetermined by the client.
  • Clearly communicates with the project team on all job-related issues.
  • Establishes and maintains positive and effective working relationships within the organization, vendors, subcontractors, general contractor, and the client.
  • Track completion of field work activities.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • A minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in any of the following positions: Project Coordinator, Foreman, Project Engineer on large commercial projects.
  • Highly proficient in Bluebeam
  • Proficient skill Level in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid state driver''s license with acceptable driving record.

Preferred Skills

  • Primavera P6 knowledge highly desirable.
