Position:      VP Corporate Compliance

One who understands the inner workings and underpinnings of our heavily regulated healthcare industry.   This successful team member must have a strong understanding and grasp of healthcare compliance.  We seek one who is committed to delivering exceptional regulatory compliance and customer service.  It is imperative this team member demonstrate exceptional leadership, organizational and written / verbal communication skills.  Must show ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize each one accordingly.  Experience developing strategic plans aligned with the organization''s mission. Must be computer savvy and competent in the use of various software platforms. 

Must demonstrate competencies in:

Advanced knowledge of healthcare compliance / regulatory requirements set forth by CMS, local & state healthcare programs, OIG as well as applicable regulatory bodies
Understanding and ability to comply with Medicare and Medicaid billing requirements
Risk Management and assessment
Audit development and implementation
Compliance and privacy investigations
Regulatory compliance
Operations and budgetary management
Must possess advance reading, writing, speaking, mathematical, reasoning ability and complex problem-solving skills

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Ensuring knowledge of and compliance with state / federal regulations and laws for all venues
Oversee medical review process and denials
Development and oversight of company-wide QA / QAPI program
Development and maintenance of HIPPA privacy and security rules
HIPAA related training, auditing, breach investigation / reporting et al
Development of code of conduct and compliance policies and procedures
Education and training
Hotline compliance
Development and completion of compliance risk management & assessment
Auditing and monitoring
Internal investigation processes
Medical Records releasing and review processes
Medical Policy and contract payment terms
Education on AMA Billing Guidelines
Risk analysis

Minimum Three (3) years
Active member of the Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA)
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)
Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC)

Salaried position: 
This is an entry level VP position.
Compensation commensurate with experience - within the $120 -$130K base range
