The Bradford Group is looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join their jewelry team. This individual will be responsible for preparing and executing new client acquisition media plans to meet revenue and growth goals through effective planning, analyzing data, and implementing media campaigns. They will direct select new client acquisition selections/segmentation, creative efforts, forecasting, and data analysis to create optimal plans for assigned media''s. They will also identify new opportunities to optimize growth initiatives, define requirements, and follow through to implementation. Select candidate must be very aware of the competitive market to identify and implement appropriate strategies to develop new programs and maximize existing ones. Will be responsible to meet yearly circulation, ROI, and sales goals defined through the budget.
The Assistant Marketing Manager will serve as marketing lead to develop and grow assigned product categories. They will be responsible for knowledge of category/affinity across all channels and communicate pertinent information on this area through developed reporting tools as well as regularly update the team on program performance and potential opportunities. The Assistant Marketing Manager will aggressively participate in strategy sessions to give direction on program viability and appropriate market timing. They will also establish testing plans in regards to number of tests, testing channels, and optimal timing to ensure growth and overall improvement of affinity performance year over year. Select candidate will also work cross-functionally with Product Development, Creative Production, Online Team, and Marketing Services in the creation of products and campaigns within the affinity to maximize all sales and growth goals.
This role will also function as an analytical resource to the organization including presentations, reports, and professional interaction with Senior Management. They will be responsible for meeting all individual goals as outlined and defined annually.
