EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

8+ years of progressive staffing management experience in a related field required
Staffing management experience within the refining and petrochemical industries a must!
Undergraduate degree in psychology, economics, or other business-related discipline strongly preferred
- Must have multi-state, industrial recruiting experience with significant non-exempt populations
Experience working in a high volume recruiting environment focused on craft and industrial placements
Strong working knowledge of recruiting-related employment laws and best practices
Experience opening new locations and building local recruitment and hiring processes preferred
