POSITION TITLE: Vice President of Sales
COMPENSATION: $150K + Bonus Structure

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: President
SUMMARY: Manages a sales team with responsibility of sales, inventory management, strategic sales and business development for the entire organization and its three LOB''s.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
BA in business/marketing or equivalent experience, Masters in business/marketing preferred, minimum of 10 years sales management experience, minimum of 5 years relative industry knowledge.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Accountable for overall profit and loss statements totaling in excess of $250,000,000 annually including working capital, inventory. Responsible for service throughout a region of the USA. Up to 10 direct reports with a total staff of up to 200 people.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Requires excellent analytical capability, creative problem-solving, excellent communication skills, strong organizational/management skills, team-building, planning, presentation, industry and market knowledge, national coordination and cooperation with other key corporate departments, and leadership competency to manage throughout the company to achieve desired results.
