Job Description:  

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Leading industrial rentals company providing customers with effective solution to all their liquid and solid temporary storyage, pumping, and filtration needs.

POSITION TITLE: Senior Branch Manager

COMPENSATION: Salary DOE + Bonus + Company Vehicle

BENEFITS: Standard package

LOCATION: Angleton, TX

SUMMARY:  The responsibility of a Senior Branch Manager is to assess and implement strategies to provide attainable solutions that will provide positive results. The Senior Branch Manager will work collaboratively with corporate leadership to drive company goals.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help drive revenue growth and achieve maximum profitability within assigned division through successful leadership and execution of all branch operation strategies
  • Implement ways to improve the P&L of each branch to meet or exceed plan
  • Develop plans and procedures with a focus on safety and profitability and will work with the Regional Manager to implement these plans
  • Create culture of Safety First with daily focus on safety procedures and ensures all safety policies are being followed
  • Ensure branches meet all OSHA, DOT, state and local safety regulations
  • Identify opportunities for continual improvement and implement changes within the branch''s operations



Required Skills:  

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of management/operations experience
  • Experience managing P&L of $12M and proven track record of profitability and continuous improvement or experience developing and administering a balanced financial plan while overseeing a military operation
  • Possesses sound business acumen with demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to make quick business decisions
  • Experience in operations with knowledge of DOT, OSHA and state specific safety regulations preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience with multi-tasking
  • Strong analytical skills, organization and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor degree preferred
