COMPANY OVERVIEW: Industrial Cleaning, mediation and construction services 

POSITION TITLE: Business Development Manager

COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary DOE + bonus + company vehicle

SUMMARY: This role is focused on increasing sales in industrial cleaning services.

Required Skills:  


  • Demonstrated ability to develop future business in maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects
  • Identify, develop and maintain key long term customer relationships while cultivating new industry client contacts . Demonstrated understanding of customer decision makers, strategies, objectives, and drivers
  • Develop and implement customer management / communication plans
  • Maintain intelligence on market conditions, costing, and trends through industry relationships, research, and active engagement in industry associations and events.
  • Identify prospects, key pursuits, and sales strategies that support internal business plans and objectives. Develops presentations, proposals, sales collateral materials, email campaigns, and RFP''s
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer decision makers, strategies, objectives, drivers
  • Ability to effectively negotiate with and influence customers, partners, vendors, and internal staff as required.
  • Able to assume and complete assignments independently
  • Demonstrated ability to measure and seek opportunities to increase existing customer satisfaction


  • 5+ years of sales experience in industrial services/cleaning 
  • Strong contacts in refining and petrochemical industry
  • Grow market share & drive new business
  • Driven, self-starter, hunter/farmer, seller/doer
  • Present Lunch & Learns, attend and network at industry shows
  • Good business acumen and technical mindset - working knowledge of sales process 
  • Future potential Sales Management opportunity
