We are a Growing Medicare Home Health Agency who are looking to add a 1st Class Regional Support RN/PT/OT/SLP SWAT Team who has solid experience in Home Healthcare Management and is an Educator, this position covers Several Regions and reports to our Corporate office. In this role you will be responsible for the training of the Agency''s clinical personnel and a high level of Electronic Medical Records knowledge and experience. You will also need a dynamic, go getter personality!

-Graduate of an approved school and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
-Candidate must have at least two (2) years of nursing experience in home health care or related health program.
-Demonstrated ability in or application of organization and excellent telephone/communication skills.
-Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.
-Ability to multitask, ensuring the completion of many tasks, projects, and reports throughout the day.
-Advanced, functional knowledge of computer/technology skills.
