IHC Specialty Benefits Advisor Group has an exciting Area Sales Manager opportunity for motivated, dedicated and career-minded professionals.

Through product innovation and committed relationships with our policyholders, we have built a strong, successful insurance organization.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, coach-able, team player who is driven to develop the skills and understanding necessary to effectively build and maintain client relationships while providing individuals and groups with customized insurance benefits. 

Area Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and grow a sales team with a market presence
Responsible for helping train, coach, & mentor all Sales Agents
Strong ability to build rapport and collaborate with others
Serve as a carrier of company culture and a role model for all Sales Agents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in cutting edge technology such as: Salesforce CRM, quoting engines, screen-sharing and webinar software
Works independently and takes initiative with minimal supervision to solve problems

Job Requirements:
Previous sales and manage experience (preferred)
Health & Life Insurance License 
Strong desire to lead and motivate a sales team
