DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary liaison between customer and operations in resolving service issues
Monitors daily activities of site through assigned Account Manager.
Monitors account activity to ensure that defined customer key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
Assists sales force in generation of incremental revenues from existing clients by selling additional services and proactively pursuing executive-level relationships
Maintains quality relationships to retain clients and win referrals to new clients
Uses analytical skills to understand clients'' changing business issues and needs
Establishes, documents and maintains solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts
Performs effective communication of account activity and requirements with all support staff to ensure account services are maintained at the highest level.
Coordinates, organizes and presents business reviews and planning meetings as specified by the contact schedule specified for each account.
In conjunction with management, develop objectives and strategies in support of business development goals.
Identify and prioritize potential customers.
Support the companies reporting program (Sales Force) for managing accounts.
Prepare and execute business development action plans for specific targets.
Conduct meetings and presentations with potential customers to solicit opportunities.
Determine requirements and procedures to become a Qualified Vendor. Coordinate effort with Commercial Operation Team.
Support the Commercial Operation Team as needed in the development of proposals.
Manage Customer relationship during the proposal development and execution phases of the opportunity.
Perform additional assignments as requested by Director. Performs maintenance when required.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
5 or more years experience in operations and or sales
Experienced in ultrasound and magnetic particle
Experience with phased array ultrasound, automated ultrasound, Creaform 3D scanning, instrumented indentation technique, and optical emission spectrometry, a plus
Proven track record of customer relations
Well-developed writing and verbal communication skills
Well-developed ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems
Well-developed planning and organization skills
Well-developed ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines
Well-developed ability to operate in an ambiguous environment
Well-developed analytical skills
Well-developed leadership abilities
Developed ability to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution.
