Commercial Scaffolding Company
Competitive salary DOE + Commission
Primary goal is to provide exemplary customer service, with a quality product that is safe for the customer and environment.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote and market scaffolding products and services consistent with company strategic goals.
Generate sales leads and establish long term relationships with customers through cold calling, office visits and job site visits.
Prepare and present a safe and cost-efficient access solution for the customer utilizing scaffolding products.
Design, estimate, and provide drawings for sold projects.
Provide estimated man hours, consumables, and breakdown of project phasing to branch manager and E & D Construction manager when project is sold.
Manage and coordinate the delivery and/or labor services of scaffolding products for the customer.
Assist in the accounts payable process and ensure the accuracy of invoices.
Assist in the schedule of values, and collection efforts on contractual agreements. Submit E & D billing values, change orders and T & M to the billing department.
Respond to customers, and BCA key personnel in a timely fashion. Provide sales activity log and related expense reports.
Provide marketing analysis of competitors pricing and customers purchasing trends.
Attend industry related seminars, network functions and meetings.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
years construction related sales
Scaffolding sales experience a plus
Able to read blueprints
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Excellent organizational skills. Both written and verbal skills
Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Bilingual a plus
