COMPANY OVERVIEW: A leading industrial turnaround and specialty maintenance services company targeting the petrochemical, refining, and power generation industries 

POSITION TITLE: Director of Sales

COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary  DOE

SUMMARY: Directs sales/marketing activities for company''s global presence.

Establish a unified sales presence, along with regional sales associates, in the Gulf Coast region
Establish active relationships with regional sales representatives  
Responsible for meeting/exceeding Sales/Marketing goals and objectives
Lead/participate in joint customer sales calls with Gulf Coast sales associates 
Lead/participates in staffing/training/evaluation of sales associates
Interfaces with Plant Managers to ensure cohesion between sales and operational activities
Develop/update market analyses to determine customers, competitors and market share
Represent company at trade association meetings
Update/Control hard copy and electronic marketing material

Required Skills:  
10+ years of sales and industry experience is required
Must have Business Development experience in the Texas and Gulf Coast 
Must have a strong background in sales and marketing, with an emphasis on industrial sales 
Knowledge of the heat exchanger market as well as construction methods and applications preferred
Must also have strong leadership skills and sales capabilities
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills and well-developed analytical skills
Bachelor''s degree is required
