Job Description:  
Summary: A leading company specializing in high-performance wireless voice and data communication solutions, two-way radio, and CCTV is seeking a professional to build relationships and develop plans to increase sales and profitability for targeted accounts.  

Title: Account Manager - CCTV

Compensation: Base Salary DOE + Commission

Position location: Houston, TX

Position Duties and Responsibilities: 
The successful candidate will drive sales by creating, executing and communicating business plans to grow sales.   The Account Manager will develop and maintain business relationships with key customers, negotiate contracts and programs consistent with management goals, and participate in local and national trade associations and conferences. Candidates must have a proven track record of prospecting and closing transactions. 


DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement plans which identify sales strategies, assess revenue potential, and outline targeted activities to maximize revenue opportunities and penetrate market with products and solutions.
Develop clear and thorough sales plans for each of the assigned accounts detailing all relevant information about an account so that you can strategically target your efforts to determine additional product or solutions 
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels, and act as liaison between sales support and our customers in order to provide superior service and solutions.
Create and implement effective account/territory plans that include, developing and implementing a sales strategy considering new business growth, managing all resources necessary to drive new business, forecasting revenue, developing key contacts and business relationships within a new account including influential individual and high level decision makers.
Develop research analysis techniques to determine customer. Contact these prospects and determine the business needs, decision makers to penetrate new business relationships.
Develop strategic sales plan using business analysis tools to identify and track revenue trends, recognize sales opportunities, target specific sales activities, and analyze competitive threats.
Manage customers, clients and prospective clients with clear communication and needs analysis.
Identify any operational issues that might arise and resolve them with the appropriate internal teams.
Complete Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal on job bids. 


Required Skills:  
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
5-10 years industrial sales experience selling to refineries and petrochemical plants
A Bachelor''s degree is a plus but not required 
CCTV experience is required.
The candidates must have a proven track record of prospecting and closing transactions and must have outstanding sales, communications, and territory management skills.  
Additionally, they must have a gift for developing and maintaining long-term relationships. 
Training in sales presentations, forecasting, proposal preparations and negotiations a must.  
Proficient in MS Office/CRM.
