Job Description:  
COMPANY OVERVIEW: A leading provider of turnaround management services, project controls personnel, safety services, personnel transportation & logistics, turnaround training and consulting for the oil & gas industry.

POSITION TITLE: Account Manager

COMPENSATION: $80K - $100K base salary  + commission

BENEFITS: Standard package

LOCATION: Houston, TX 

SUMMARY: The Account Manager is directly responsible for identifying, qualifying, and growing the Company''s business with new and existing customer targets. This is a key position for sustained profitable growth by achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or target accounts.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform client maintenance per procedure to build and maintain genuine relationships
Grow current client accounts through cross selling and up selling
Identify and communicate future field resource requirements for ready pool
Manage the resolution of client issues by coordinating and collaborating with the core group
Update the ATS/CRM data bases after each contact with clients and employees
Work with customers to define deliverable and requirements for open opportunities
Open and create accurate and complete Job Orders; close out after placement
Recruit candidates from the ready pool and perform job specific interviews
Update candidate and employee information in ATS when recruiting for job specific positions and performing employee maintenance
Coordinate phone and face to face interviews with clients and candidates
Develop and deliver budget estimates and proposal documents
Sell new work in the current customer base within the current contract terms
Provide commercial and job specific data for employees task authorizations
Follow the candidate selection and placement process
Submit account personnel additions (new sales) data for forecasting
Provide input to monthly forecasting process with regard to existing employee work schedules including days off and overtime to be worked
Maintain up to date schedule of future turnaround schedules for assigned client sites
Network with potential employee candidates at client sites


Required Skills:  
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 5+ years'' experience in sales, account management, or customer service in the refining and petrochemical industry 
5 years'' experience in a service contractor organization desired
Industrial oil-and-gas sales experience is preferred
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office programs of Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Must have experience with email and know proper email best-practices and etiquette
College degree a plus
