Your responsibilities:
* Oversees the day-to-day operations of the business office, including staffing coverage and management on an interim basis as needed.
* Organizes new BAH Agency office operations and procedures such as data input, flow of correspondence, filing, and other operational duties. Evaluates office production and devises new forms to improve efficiency of workflow.
* Develop processes for orders for all necessary equipment and supplies. Orders within budgetary guidelines and maintains inventory control.
* Accounts for administrative budget and provides reports to management, as requested.
* Promotes personal and professional growth of BOM Agency staff and conducts performance reviews. Works with human resources on disciplinary situations and meets with BOM associates to discuss issues and concerns.
* Reviews weekly payroll reports and addresses associate payroll concerns. Works with Corporate Payroll to resolve issues.
* Completes or assists with special projects as requested by agency or senior management.
* Assumes oversight of associate personnel file maintenance per Brookdale standards and state regulations. Monitors staff training and orientation, as needed.
* Oversees review and submission of invoices to accounts payable by Agencies.
* Oversees billing and telephone systems at Agencies.
* Monitors Accounts Receivable Aging of the Agencies and collection efforts from clients with past due accounts.
* Assists in monthly projection and annual budget preparation for BAH agencies and other programs, as needed.



Required Skills:  

Required skills and qualifications:
* Four year accounting Degree
* Must have Three Years medical business experience
* Previous managerial experience preferred
* Must be able to work Special Events and some weekends and holidays
