Regional Sales Manager - Fire Protection
Competitive base salary DOE + bonus

Candidate can be located in Lake Charles, Baton Rouge or New Orleans Area - Coverage region of Louisiana/Mississippi/Alabama
The primary function of the Regional Sales Manager is to develop and maintain relationships in the Refining/Petrochemical/O&G/Power market. The Regional Sales Manager seeks out and consults with decision makers at the End User and EPC level and develops sales channels with specialty contractors and distributors. They will also work as part of a collaborative team to drive sales by focusing on development and management of strategic clients in a designated territory.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adheres to all company policies and procedures and conducts activities in a professional manner.
Maintains existing business and seeks out new opportunities with key clients.
Researches MRO and Capital Project Opportunities for near and long-term goals.
Leads and Assists Customer Service in developing technical proposals to meet inquiry specifications and delivery expectations.
Develops and delivers technical presentations to End User, EPC''s, and Specialty Contractors in both shop and office environments.
Attends and participates in specialty trade show functions.
Travel up to 50%. Some overnight required.
Update and Maintain CRM with client information and inquiry status.
Qualifications: (Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes)
B.S. in Technical or Business area of Study
Proven experience in sales of technical / engineered products
Experience in sales within the PPOG market
Ability to connect with stakeholders of various levels (from field operators and contractors to consulting engineers)
Professional presentation and training skills
Proven market development experience
High level of personal integrity
Driven and results oriented
