Our dynamic, fast growing E-Commerce Division is seeking a Web Designer with digital design experience for desktop and mobile.
This candidate will work with Marketing, Merchandising, IT for independently assigned projects, along with assisting other Web Designers in the Creative team for bigger projects. S/he needs to have professional hands-on experience in environments that integrate marketing requirements into design strategies, and s/he should understand the importance of balancing user experience, marketing, and aesthetics, and has experience working within those requirements.
Projects include creative development and graphic design initiatives for online advertising/promotional marketing campaigns (e.g., emails, banners, social media advertising), site maintenance (e.g., product page creation, on-site advertising and banners). The candidate will also be assisting Web site design, wireframe, video production, front-end development, quality assurance and deployment for both desktop computers and mobile devices within a team environment.
This role will consist of supporting Advertising Channel Needs for Both New Client Acquisition (NCA) and House File Promotions: i.e., email promotions, social media advertising, banner advertising, as well as designing/maintaining exisiting sites and images for sites. (i.e home page weekly promotions, product page promotions, landing pages, seasonal and holiday promotions etc. The Web Designer will assist website development: including wireframing, site specs development, front-end development, quality assurance, bug fixes, deployment. All will be under the directions of the lead designer(s).
