Major multi-state law firm seeks a Litigation focused Paralegal or Legal to join its Cleveland, Ohio team.
Candidate will have the following: 5-8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a large law firm setting (Experience will be current or very recent) ; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced complex general litigation environment ; Keen knowledge of the litigation process, including motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures.
A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Approved Program ; Experience using litigation software: Relativity, Trial Director/Sanction ; Stellar research skills, as well as excellent verbal & written communication skills required ; Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Maintaining records and manages multiple deadlines.
-Communicating effectively with and follow instructions from diverse individuals in person, on the phone, and in writing.
-Displaying strong attention to detail.
-Responding to requests with a sense of urgency and effectively prioritizes work.
-Creating and maintaining files in accordance with Taftâ€™s Information Governance Policy.
-Searching and organizing documents, and other functions necessary to serve the needs of the case team.
-Managing multiple deadlines from competing interests in a fast-paced environment.
-5-8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a large law firm setting (Experience will be current or very recent)
-Keen knowledge of the litigation process, including motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures
-Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Approved Program
